Each villa includes premium linens, housekeeping, high-speed Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchens, and private swimming pools. Many feature additional amenities like home cinemas, gyms, spa facilities, and staff quarters. Every property is selected for its elegance, comfort, and privacy. Question 2

Do you offer beachfront or sea-view properties?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Cilo Marbella specialises in luxury villas with direct beach access or panoramic Mediterranean views. Our portfolio includes prestigious properties along the Golden Mile, Los Monteros, and Nueva Andalucía, as well as hillside retreats in Benahavís with exceptional sea views. Each villa is chosen for its location, design, and exclusive features, ensuring that every guest enjoys the very best Marbella has to offer, whether you prefer a beachfront escape or elevated coastal scenery.

Question 3

Can I rent a villa for a wedding or special event?

Accepted Answer

Some of our Marbella rental villas are ideal for weddings, private events, and celebrations. Event-ready properties often have extensive gardens, terraces, and entertainment spaces, but permits and regulations may apply. We encourage clients to contact us early to find the perfect venue for their event. Our concierge team can also assist with planning every detail, from catering and décor to entertainment and logistics, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Question 4

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Accepted Answer

Most Marbella luxury villas require a minimum stay of 7 nights during the high season to guarantee exclusive use of the property. During mid or low season, shorter stays may be possible, and we frequently accommodate last-minute bookings when availability permits. Booking in advance is always recommended to secure your preferred dates and villa, particularly for peak summer periods and special occasions.

Question 5

Are the villas family- or group-friendly?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our Marbella rental villas are ideal for families and groups. They often feature multiple en-suite bedrooms, open-plan living areas, and outdoor dining spaces perfect for entertaining. Many villas include child-friendly amenities like gated pools, games rooms, or play areas. We can also arrange family-focused services such as babysitters, children’s entertainment, or personalised excursions, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all ages.

Question 6

What concierge services are included with rentals?

Accepted Answer

Every Marbella villa rental includes our 24/7 concierge service, designed to enhance your Marbella experience. Services range from arranging private chefs, butlers, and wellness treatments to securing reservations at top restaurants, golf courses, and exclusive beach clubs. We can also organise luxury transport, yacht charters, and bespoke day trips. Our goal is to take care of every detail so you can relax and enjoy your villa to the fullest.

Question 7

How far in advance should I book a luxury villa?

Accepted Answer

To secure the best properties, especially beachfront villas or those on the Golden Mile, we recommend booking 3–6 months in advance. Some of our most sought-after homes are reserved up to a year ahead during peak season. For off-season stays, last-minute bookings can often be accommodated. Booking early also allows us to tailor concierge services and plan your Marbella holiday to perfection.
