Four Seasons Marbella will introduce an exceptional collection of branded residences within one of Marbella’s most anticipated luxury developments. Bringing together a Four Seasons hotel, distinguished architecture and an extensive collection of leisure and wellness amenities, the project will offer a sophisticated expression of Mediterranean living in Marbella East.
The current residential programme comprises approximately 127 apartments, townhouses and private villas. The collection will unite the privacy of a personal residence with the setting and hospitality of a prestigious international hotel destination.
The architectural vision draws inspiration from Andalucía’s white villages, interpreting their character through whitewashed façades, terracotta roofs and refined contemporary lines. Terraced apartments, townhouses arranged around leafy courtyards and spacious villas surrounded by olive groves will sit within carefully landscaped grounds descending towards the sea.
The planned Beach Club will form the heart of Four Seasons Marbella, with al fresco restaurants beneath canvas canopies and poolside cabanas overlooking the Mediterranean—an elegant setting for leisurely lunches and relaxed afternoons by the water. The secluded beach and rugged Sierra Blanca mountains will provide a striking natural backdrop.
Plans also include a spa and wellness centre, together with sports facilities, providing further opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Anchored by Four Seasons hospitality, the destination will bring together residential privacy, thoughtful design and the pleasures of a luxury hotel environment.
Some residences are expected to qualify for the hotel’s rental programme, offering owners the potential to earn rental income while enjoying personal use within the programme’s occupancy limits. Eligibility and final terms remain subject to confirmation.
Situated in Río Real, Marbella East, Four Seasons Marbella is planned across 27 hectares descending towards the Mediterranean, approximately three kilometres from Marbella Old Town. The Sierra Blanca mountains provide a striking backdrop, while Marbella’s restaurants, boutiques and historic streets remain close at hand.
The location combines the space and tranquillity of Marbella East with access to the wider area’s golf courses, beach clubs and established luxury destinations.
The planned collection comprises approximately 40 apartments, 54 townhouses and 33 private villas, offering a choice of distinctive homes within the Four Seasons Marbella destination. Prices are available on application.
